Lauren earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2020. While at Rutgers, Lauren worked in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, served as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow with Justice at Work (formerly Friends of Farmworkers), and externed for the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo of the Third Circuit.
After graduating from Rutgers, Lauren worked for a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm in New Jersey. Lauren then joined Console Mattiacci as an Associate Attorney in 2021. Lauren has experience representing clients bringing claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, breach of contract, and wage payment violations against their current or former employers.
