About Kevin
Kevin Console is a Partner with Console Mattiacci Law, LLC.
Before joining Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, Kevin worked for a civil plaintiffs’ firm serving clients in various matters. Kevin graduated from Gettysburg College, magna cum laude, with a major in political science.
He then attended Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Kevin competed in the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition (national appellate moot court competition), hosted by Brooklyn Law School. Kevin is a member of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York state bars.
He was admitted to the District Court for the Southern District of New York in February of 2020. Kevin serves as lead trial counsel for many federal court cases, including this recent jury trial victory:
July 29, 2021 – Lead trial counsel in a federal court jury trial which resulted in an award of over $695,000 on behalf of an older employee who was fired from his investment advisor position after two decades of service, shortly after the company was acquired by a set of significantly younger owners. After a four-day trial before The Honorable Mark A. Kearney in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the jury handed down its unanimous verdict in the matter of Thomas Giedgowd v. Cafaro Group, LLC d/b/a Cafaro Greenleaf, finding that Mr. Giedgowd was intentionally discriminated against because of his age in violation of Pennsylvania law.
