About Holly

Holly W. Smith is an Associate Attorney at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, based out of the Philly office.

Holly earned her B.S. in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont in 2013 and graduated cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019. As a member of Temple’s 2018-2019 Federal Judicial Clerkship Honor’s Program, Holly interned for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Holly joined Console Mattiacci as a summer intern in 2018 and returned as an attorney following her graduation in 2019.

During her time at the firm, Holly has helped countless employees who were unlawfully discriminated and retaliated against obtain favorable results at various stages of the litigation process, from pre-suit through trial/arbitration. Holly has served as second chair in multiple federal jury trials and arbitrations, including a race discrimination trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey which resulted in a $25.6 million jury verdict against Starbucks.
