Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont in 2013 and graduated cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019. As a member of Temple’s 2018-2019 Federal Judicial Clerkship Honor’s Program, Holly interned for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
