Jonathan D. Gilman, Esquire, is an Attorney who specializes in representing current and former employees in various employment-related disputes, including contract and discrimination matters. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, magna cum laude, in 2015, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2018, where he was Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and received a Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.
Before working at Console Mattiacci Law, Jonathan worked at a large Philadelphia defense firm specializing in labor and employment matters. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe after law school and was a judicial intern while in law school for Honorable Gerald A. McHugh of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jonathan has been included in the Super Lawyers list “Pennsylvania Rising Stars” in the area of Employment Litigation (2024-2025). According to the aforementioned commercial publications, this designation places him in the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys in Pennsylvania.
