About Susan
Susan M. Saint-Antoine is a Partner at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC.
Susan began her career on the defense side of the legal practice as part of the commercial litigation department of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, an international law firm then based in Philadelphia. Through a special program sponsored by Morgan, Lewis, she also spent time as a prosecutor for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office.
For the last 25 years, since joining Console Mattiacci, Susan has pursued claims on behalf of individuals or groups of employees victimized by discrimination or improperly denied their employment benefits. Courts in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania have recently cited Susan’s exceptional legal work in age discrimination cases against a leading furniture retailer (Donofrio v. IKEA US Retail, LLC, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 129371 (July 22, 2024)) and a Fortune 50 telecommunications company (Ray v. AT&T Mobility Services, LLC, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73948, April 22, 2022)).
Susan earned her law degree in 1989 from Columbia University, where she was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
