About Tuli

Ortal (Tuli) Mendelawe is an Associate Attorney at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC.

Tuli earned her LL.B degree (J.D. equivalent) at Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law in Israel in 2013, with a semester abroad at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in Ontario, Canada. She later worked at the top employment law firm in Israel (Orna Lin & Co. Law Offices) representing employees and labor unions in complex litigation cases and specializing in sexual harassment and bullying at the workplace. In 2016-17, Tuli earned a mediation certificate from the Israeli Bar Association and worked as a teaching assistant to two leading employment and labor law professors at Tel-Aviv University.

In 2018, Tuli graduated the LLM program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, with honors, concentrating her studies on employment law and mediation. During the LLM year, Tuli was part of the Global Women’s Leadership Project, conducting research for UN Women, and co-authored “Navigating the Complexities of Workplace Sexual Harassment Mediation,” published in the New York Law Journal, December 2017.

Tuli is a member of the Israel Bar and the New York Bar.
