Paralegal
Ms. Weaver has been with the firm since its inception in 1990. She provides litigation support in all aspects of case management including client contact, document management, preparation of EEOC Charges, Affidavits, Rebuttals, and the drafting of written discovery and pleadings. She also assists at deposition and trial. Ms. Weaver also has various administrative responsibilities including establishing practices and procedures for use in various aspects of the firm’s management.
Ms. Weaver received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutger’s University in 1995. She also has an Associates degree in Legal Technology with Paralegal Certification from Burlington County College. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the South Jersey Paralegal Association. Ms. Weaver has been a speaker at various paralegal seminars on topics related to employment law and litigation.
