Anna Oppenheim

Anna Oppenheim is an attorney at Console Law Offices, LLC. Ms. Oppenheim specializes in the representation of current and former employees who have experienced discrimination based on race, sex, pregnancy, age, national origin, religion, and disability, as well as claims of retaliation and wrongful termination. Ms. Oppenheim also represents individuals in matters involving ERISA, Family and Medical Leave, whistleblower claims, employment contracts, and severance agreements.
In law school, Ms. Oppenheim served as Note/Comment Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. After discovering her passion for discrimination law, Ms. Oppenheim explored issues relating to "second generation" and "unconscious bias" discrimination through advanced writing courses. She also worked as a law clerk at Console Law Offices, LLC.
